SHIPPING & RETURNS



SHIPPING

All Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise advised or due to public holidays.

Shipping prices may vary depending on location.

All retail orders over $50 include free standard shipping.

  If you require Express shipping, you can select that at the checkout for an additional cost.

  All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is processed.

  Just Flow is not responsible for items lost or delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties. However, if you do experience such issues, please contact us at justflow.au (at) gmail (dot) com with your full name, order number and the details of issue.

      RETURNS

  At Just Flow, we care about what we send to our customers and therefore we thoroughly check the quality of our items before shipment. However, if your product is faulty when you receive your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Product must not be worn or used and must be in original packaging for refund to be accepted.

  Please note that Just Flow is not liable for the cost of return shipping. Faulty items will need to be returned to us at the cost of customer. Once item is received back, we will process full refund within 5 days or ship your replacement item at no extra charge. Refunds will be made back to the original source of payment. Please be mindful that it may take up to several business days for the refund to be received depending on your payment provider.

  We do accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  If you receive the wrong item/s, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if this has occurred. We will cover the shipping cost for the wrong items to be shipped back to us and we will send you the correct items at no extra cost. No refunds will be accepted for wrong items. Please make sure that items are not worn or damaged and are in their original packaging.
